"Dreamer's Blend" Tea/Smoke

We get tired of saying this, but don't be fooled by imitators who have stolen the recipe for this trademarked blend, developed by me out of a passion for dreams and Lucid Dreaming.  Others only know what ingredients I have written here, which states that we have combined 4 powerful dreaming herbs with one sleep-inducing herb for this Burning Blend.  But, the exact proportions, as well as the complete list of ingredients is kept strictly under wraps for that very reason.

The main ingredients are organically crafted Calea Zacatechichi (used by Mazatec shamans to induce vivid dreams), a rare African Dream Herb, Blue Vervain (used by Pawnee Indians), as well as Wild Lettuce (well-known dreaming aid). California Poppy is added to aid in ensuring restful sleep. Some use Dreamer's Blend as a tea and also roll it into a cigarette at bedtime to help induce vivid dreaming.

I am an avid lucid dreamer, and believe deeply in the power of dreams, as do the Native American Indians, much of the African culture, as well as some parts of Mexico including Oaxaca; a spiritual center of Mexico, and where Calea zacatechichi comes from.  Feel free to post your own Lucid Dreaming experiences in the Experience Reports section at IAmShaman, or find one of the most useful Lucid Dreaming aids I have ever found at the Lucidity Institute, manufacturers of the Nova Dreamer.

If you find success with the Dreamer's Blend, please share your story with me at shamanelf at shamansgarden dot com.  I think lucid dreaming is a gateway to so much more, and believe that the twilight state that exists between waking and dreaming is extremely similar to deeply meditative states, where so much revelation and increased self-awareness can happen.

A truly horribly bitter tea, second only to wormwood, but it gave me some of the most immersive and realistic dreams I have ever had. The taste is worth a little terror and a lot of insight.

I ordered some last year off IAS and i smoked it all was good smokes. I sent one to my friend recently and she drank to teabags full of the blend, from what she told me while i was on the phone with her, was a really nasty taste(well duh) but that she cant remember falling asleep and that she slept really good. Im waiting for an ounce now , will try it in the future like that. From ShamnsGarden to Quebec takes 6to 7 days business time always ., reliable vendor:)

I have to agree with the taste being unpleasant, but I have also heard from many places (including the Calea product description) that Calea zacatechichi is known for tasting awful (some say it tastes like "donkey pi**"). But, being a practicing lucid dreamer, no product has helped me with vivid dreaming more (except kirkii) than the Dreamer's Blend, so I have learned to accept the bad taste for the good results. Some of the best plant teachers have extremely bitter alkaloids (such as Ayahuasca), but to me, that's part of the price for the experience.

I wasn't very happy with this as a smoking blend (based on aesthetic qualities) It seemed powdery, stinky, and very harsh, and left a bad aftertaste.
