We get tired of saying this, but don't be fooled by imitators who have stolen the recipe for this trademarked blend, developed by me out of a passion for dreams and Lucid Dreaming.  Others only know what ingredients I have written here, which states that we have combined 5 powerful dreaming herbs with one sleep-inducing herb for this Burning Blend.  But, the exact proportions, as well as the complete list of ingredients is kept strictly under wraps for that very reason.

The main ingredients are organically crafted Calea Zacatechichi (used by Mazatec shamans to induce vivid dreams), a rare African Dream Herb, Private Reserve Motherwort to relax the mind, as well as Wild Lettuce (well-known dreaming aid), and lastly Mexican Tarragon, a ritual herb used by Aztecs and Huichol Indians. California Poppy is added to aid in ensuring restful sleep. Some Dreamer's Blend made into a tea and also rolled into a cigarette at bedtime may help induce more vivid dreaming.

I am an avid lucid dreamer, and believe deeply in the power of dreams, as do the Native American Indians, much of the African culture, as well as some parts of Mexico including Oaxaca; a spiritual center of Mexico, and where Calea zacatechichi comes from.  Feel free to post your own Lucid Dreaming experiences in the Experience Reports section at IAmShaman, or find one of the most useful Lucid Dreaming aids I have ever found at the Lucidity Institute, manufacturers of the Nova Dreamer.

If you find success with the Dreamer's Blend, please share your story with me at shamanelf at shamansgarden dot com.  I think lucid dreaming is a gateway to so much more, and believe that the twilight state that exists between waking and dreaming is extremely similar to deeply meditative states, where so much revelation and increased self-awareness can happen.

Have tried this product in a variaty of ways and amounts to no affect except a slight hangover feeling in the morning. But no dreams occured. I smoked it and made it into a tea which isnt great but if you have ever had Kratom tea then this isn't bad at all lol.Im sorry to say this product did not work for me at all in any way with several uses. Luckily I had gotten Kratom along with it that was good quality from here that cured the hangover effect this product did deliver on.

It took me a little bit to figure out how best to use this blend, but it really does work! Smoking it seems to be the most effective way to go, as others have said. I made a tea, and drinking it did lead to very powerful lucid dreams, but it was pretty bitter. I also tried grinding some and putting it in capsules. This was definitely very effective as well, and a good option if you don't like smoking. I've worked with quite a few dreaming herbs and this blend allowed me to experience the most vivid lucid dreams yet. I also found that it let me have a good, restful sleep, whereas some dreaming herbs such as Calea, when taken alone, leave me feeling a bit hung-over in the morning. This must have something to do with the combination of herbs used in the blend. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in working with dream herbs!

I made this into a tea but was only able to take a few sips before I had to dump it out, it tasted that terrible. Still, it was enough to give me vivid dreams that night. The next day I ground the rest up and made it into 00 capsules. I've been taking two every now and then before bed with the same results. I usually don't even remember my dreams, but with this stuff I now can.

I keep a daily dream journal and actively work with my dreams. I think this is a prerequisite for someone trying to use any substance to achieve a deeper level of dream awareness. I rolled 2 cigarettes with the blend, and mixed the tea with a few other herbs. The first thing I did was simmer 8 ayahuasca leaves for about 15 minutes, in just enough water to cover them (1/2 cup?. I then steeped a tea bag filled with 2 tbsp of the dream blend in the ayahuasca tea for about 15 minutes (off the heat). Separately I steeped a peppermint tea bag in the same amount of water (1/2 of my tea cup) and added 2 tbsp of raw honey. To this I filled the other half of the cup with the dream blend/ayahuasca mixture. The tea was bitter, but not horrid. And that was with the addition of the ayahuasca. The mint and honey worked well. Do not hold the tea on the palette longer than necessary, but don't gulp either (this could be nauseating). I found that I could drink nearly 1/2 the cup with a few quick sips. After this I smoked some of the cigarette. I found that smoking the dream blend cleansed my palette of the bitter taste, giving me a break between quick sips. I finished the tea and then ate about 1/4 of a banana slowly. That helped, too. The effects of the smoke were most obvious. Mildly sedative. The tea itself was effective, but not overpowering. Falling to sleep it felt like I was slightly high, but not nearly as paranoid. The dreaming was clear, but I still had the same issues with recalling the first few sequences as I always do. I recalled two dreams clearly, which is typical for me. They were vivid, and my recall was clear, and I did achieve moderate lucidity within them both. (Enough to tell someone, "this is a dream"). Upon waking I felt normal. I will say that I did not use very much, and obviously it was not a 'clean test' with the addition of the Ayahuasca. However, what I will say, is that the effects were nearly identical as if I had taken 1/2 of a vitamin B supplement prior to sleep, without the agitation. I think taking a vitamin B supplement rather than the tea, and simply smoking the dream herb would be a better plan. I did have a few tummy rumbles in the night, but no nausea. Again, these were very low doses.

I've been taking this before going to sleep for about 4 days now and I have to say, while not experiencing lucidity, my dream recall has increased immensely. I can remember several dreams upon waking and oddly enough, they seem to come back throughout the day. Even more remarkable is that when I am laying down to go to sleep the evening after waking, more of the dreams seem to come back to me. I'm not very experienced with lucid dreaming and have only achieved it once or twice. I can definitely see how this would be helpful if I had more knowledge on lucidity. I'll keep trying.

This has repeatedly given me more lucid and more vivid dreams. Some complain about the taste when smoked, but I find it pleasing. +++ Great product.
