How Much Are Shipping Charges?
We have several Flat Rates for shipping:
- Priority Mail (Continental USA) w/Delivery Confirmation - $4.95 *
- FedEx Ground (Continental USA) w/Tracking - $5.95
- Global Priority/Air Mail to CANADA - $4.95 **
- Overnight Express (USA Only) - $17.95 ***
- Global Express (CANADA Only) - $17.95 ***
- International Air - $5.95 ****
- International Registered - w/Tracking, Insurance & Guarantees - $14.95 ****
* Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days to arrive, but the Post Office doesn't guarantee it. Heavier packages will automatically change to FedEx Ground, which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive.
** We choose Air Mail OR Global Priority at our own discretion unless specifically requested otherwise.
- applies to orders placed before 3:00PM, Monday - Thursday
- shipping to a different name than the cardholder may cause order processing delays
- most cities are 1 day delivery, but there are a few that are 2 days.
- additional Shipping Fees may incur for larger orders/heavier International packages
- packages with a value of over $100.00 MUST go insured
- packages such as ones to England, Australia, Mexico, Denmark, and Sweden almost always incur additional shipping charges
Do You Ship Discreetly?
Yes, we ship discreetly. We use either preprinted Priority Mail boxes or plain brown boxes for packaging. The Return Address label is "SpiritualScents" which is our parent company. And, your credit card gets billed to "SpiritualScents" our companion website and parent company.
What About International Shipping?
We regularly ship worldwide, but cannot be responsible for packages that are shipped Internationally WITHOUT Insurance, Registered Mail, or via Global Express. (Customs has sometimes has a way of making packages disappear.) Choosing Registered Mail has a 100% delivery rate for our packages so far, and we also offer 100% guarantee for the safe arrival of your package with Registered/Insured Mail and we will replace it, except for packages sent to Australia, Denmark, and Brazil which are shipped at your own risk.
Due to the high percentage of fraud on International Orders, we can only ship these to the credit card holder or account holder, and to the verified billing address of the credit card or account holder.
Where Don't You Ship To?
- We do NOT Syrian Rue to CANADA.
- It us up to each customer to know your own International Laws; we are not responsible for accidentally sending any products to you that may be confiscated.
- We will sometimes ship to BRAZIL and MEXICO, but it's at AT YOUR OWN RISK!
What About Lost Packages?
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all Priority and International Registered Packages. If your order doesn't arrive when shipped this way, we will replace your package.
Regular, First Class, or Unregistered mail is shipped to you at your own risk, and understand that there are absolutely no guarantees, no replacements, and no exceptions if your order is lost when Regular, First class, or Unregistered Mail options are chosen. (Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is guaranteed and is only $2.00 more for the USA, and Registered Mail is $8.95 more for International packages.)
We are also not responsible for packages that the Post Office loses; please remember that we only have control of your order up to delivering it to the Post Office. With that in mind, we will file a claim for any missing packages that were sent Registered, Insured, or via FedEx, but claims typically cannot be filed until 30 days after shipping. If you have a signature release on file with any shipper, we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages.
