These 350mg certified organic, non-machine made Capsules have about 20mg each of the active component (mesembrine) that makes Kanna such a favorite mood enhancer. Only take 2 per serving and only if no SSRI medication is being taken. Exceptionally good at helping to control ADHD and getting control of motivational issues. Have tried many alternatives, however this is a PDE-4 inhibitor and seems to aid in the reversal of ADHD / ADD as per some research I've seen such as: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/10/091026125401.htm Additionally as a natural SSRI it can aid in slowing the consumption of serotonin from "normal" life of today with those attempting to reverse problems from caffeine (as well as other ADD drugs like adderall, etc.) consumption. YMMV, but this has been one of the few things to really show promise for me after attempting so many other things.
