Ginseng is one of the most famous energizers, aphrodisiacs, and general body tonics known in the world, clinically-proven many times over. We've taken it one step further by crafting it into a Full Spectrum 25x Ginseng Root Extract, making an even powerful and potent adaptogen even more powerful.
Don't expect it to taste good, but the effects of this adaptogen is well worth it. Put it in capsules, blend it in with your smoothies, mix it (with sweetener) into your favorite tea, and within 15-30 minutes you will understand what all the hype is surrounding Ginseng. Also, one of the lesser-known aspects of Ginseng is that it's a great potentiator for many other herbs and herbal experiences. Forget the jitters of caffeine, stop trying to find the magical "fix" for feeling tired and fatigued; the simple fact is that a solution has existed for thousands of years, and the Chinese knew about it long before the Western world did. And actually, please use caution when using this product; the energizing sensation can be a bit disorienting when used in large amounts. We recommend no more than HALF of a 1/8 tsp of this potent product. Yes, that's 1/16th of a teaspoon to get the full benefit of this Ginseng 25 Extract.
Something important to note about this unique extract is this: This is a very potent product and can energize the body in ways you might not typically expect from a legal herbal product. Despite thousands of years of safe use of this versatile and effective herbal product, abuse could potentially lead to a person becoming adrenally depleted. With that, we recommend 50mg doses, and no more than 4 doses per day. This will give you energy throughout the day, but is still regarded as a very safe dose that can be repeated daily, but for no more than 2 weeks at a time.
As with any herbal product (especially ones that are concentrated as this Ginseng 25x Extract is), it's best to take breaks every few weeks to give the body a rest. Also, although the temptation might be there to a very select few, we do not recommend using it nasally. The best approach, despite the taste, is to put the proper dose on the tongue, allowing it to dissolve in the mouth.
It can also be used in hot tea, or encapsulated, but my personal favorite way of working with this plant is to put a pinch (a pinch is about 50mg) in the palm of my hand, and then adding just a couple of drops of water and mixing with my finger. Within seconds, the poweder turns into a very pliable, resin-like substance that is VERY easily swallowed.
