Yes, this Wormwood Essential Oil has a high concentration of Thujone, which is the the active component in Absinthe, the infamous drink that was banned in the USA in 1915, and was only recently made legal in mid-2007.  As a result, it's not wise to use this essential oil in any kind of absinthe recipes, as it has a different use and purpose.  It's listed as an oral toxin, due to high thujone content and can be toxic in large quantities.
