This is a high quality, organic, shade-dried version of the Sacred Blue Lily of the Nile Dried Flowers and Tops that other sites sell for twice as much.
Nymphaea Caerulea (Blue Lily) was held in very high esteem by the ancient Egyptians. Nymphaea Caerulea (Blue Lily) was worshipped as a visionary plant and was a symbol for the origins of life. Traditionally, Nymphaea Caerulea was drank after being soaked in warm water or wine, while a cigarette made of the dried flowers was smoked. These are flowers and tops only and are suspected to contain aporphine and nuciferine, natural alkaloids.

These are WHOLE organic Blue Lotus Flower Stamens, hand-picked from a single pond, on a small farm in Nepal. It takes a large amount of flowers to produce just a handful of stamens, so these are offered seasonally, and often disappear quickly. Lotus stamens are the most potent part of the Blue Lily plant, and are often referred to as the "poor man's" saffron. Only 1 teaspoon per cup of tea or 2 tablespoons per bottle of wine. Blue Lotus, in general, is said to produce a "feeling of joy that permeates the whole body, emanating from every cell" that is "delightfully wonderful and lasts for some time."
This action of the Lotus flower is true of animals as well as human beings. Lotus offers one of the highest vibrations of any flower. As well as stimulating spiritual evolvement it acts as a "booster" to other flower essences intensifying and spiritualizing their effects. Lotus essence acts on all levels encouraging a gentle unfolding of the highest potential within the animal.

In WWI, powerful alcohol extract of Nymphaea alba was successfully used as an anesthetic when the traditional opiate anesthetic wasn't available. It is closely related to Nymphaea Caerulea (Blue Lotus), which was worshipped as a visionary plant and was a symbol for the origins of life. White Lotus has extremely similar alkaloid content as Blue Lotus, but because it is in less demand and less colorful, we can offer it as a less expensive, but extremely popular alternative.
The effects of the flower when prepared as a tea or decoction and ingested are said to be much like apomorphine. White lotus actually contains aporphine, which is closely related to apomorphine, differing only in the lack of two hydroxyl groups. It is very likely that is can be transformed into apomorphine through processing, storage or through one’s own metabolism. There are many who report feelings of floating and euphoric sensations after ingesting a potion made from the white water lily. Click here for more info...
