Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium) Seeds

Artemisia absinthium (Wormwood) is a hardy, aromatic perennial native to parts of Europe, Asia, and North Africa, and has a long history of cultivation as a distinctive garden and medicinal herb. Its silvery-gray foliage and finely divided leaves give it a striking appearance, while the entire plant carries its characteristic bitter, herbal fragrance. We offer this packet of Wormwood seeds for those interested in growing this unusual and historically significant species. The seeds are relatively small, but sprout readily when given suitable conditions. Once established, Wormwood is a resilient and undemanding plant that does well in typical household or garden conditions. It prefers plenty of light, well-drained soil, and a drier environment rather than excessive moisture. With its silvery foliage and hardy nature, Wormwood makes an interesting addition to an herb garden or collection of unusual plants.
