Essential Oils – Lemongrass

This plant has been used since Biblical times as a consecrating oil, and the Egyptians used it to enhance psychic abilities as well as to enhance dream recall. This is an essential ingredient in our favorite Kava recipe, which calls for 1 oz of powdered Kava root, 24 oz of coconut water, 12 oz of pineapple juice, 2oz of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of lecithin, and 1 palmful of Lemongrass. Honey is then added to taste, and the entire mixture is placed into a blender for 5 minutes. Finally, the mixture is left to sit for 30 minutes, strained, and enjoyed. This makes for an extremely strong Kava drink and is a favorite of many native Fiji people. Our Lemongrass is certified organic and comes from a small farm in Iowa.
