Our 7-OH Policy & Lab Testing

Every kratom product we sell carries a No Added 7-OH badge. This page explains exactly what that claim means, what it does not mean, and how to get the lab work behind it.

What “No Added 7-OH” means

It means nothing has been added. We do not sell products that have been spiked, enriched, or fortified with 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH), and we do not sell semi-synthetic 7-OH concentrates in any form — no tablets, no shots, no “enhanced” 7-OH blends.

Our kratom is leaf and leaf-derived material, tested by an independent third-party laboratory.

Why we do not say “7-OH free”

Because it would not be true, and we would rather be accurate than loud.

7-hydroxymitragynine occurs naturally in the kratom leaf, in trace amounts, as one of the plant’s own minor alkaloids. Any honest lab report on real kratom leaf will show a small amount of it. A vendor claiming a literal zero is either not testing, or not reading their own results.

The thing worth worrying about is not the trace alkaloid in the leaf — it is the concentrated, semi-synthetic 7-OH that has appeared in the market in recent years, at levels the plant never produces. That is what our badge is about, and that is what we test for.

This applies to our extracts too

Extracts are where this question actually matters, so we will be direct about it. Our Precision extracts and our multiplier extracts (25x, 35x, 50x and the Bali resins) are concentrated from leaf material. Concentrating leaf concentrates everything the leaf already contained — it does not mean anything was added to it.

The badge means the same thing on an extract as it does on a plain powder: nothing was introduced that the plant did not put there.

The 0.05% threshold

In July 2026 the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration published a notice of intent to place concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine under Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. The action is aimed at manufactured and semi-synthetic 7-OH — botanical kratom containing less than 0.05% 7-OH by dry weight falls outside it. Natural kratom leaf typically tests somewhere between 0.003% and 0.04%, which is why the line was drawn there.

Our kratom tests below 0.05% 7-OH by dry weight. The figure is on the lab report for each product, in the table below — you do not have to take our word for it.

We want to be precise about what that does and does not mean. It means what we sell is not the concentrated 7-OH the DEA is acting on. It is not an FDA approval, and we do not claim one. This area of the law is moving quickly; the above reflects our understanding as of August 2026, and we update this page as the rules settle.
