Aroma: The typical aroma of the Christmas tree, subtler than the Pine oils, yet more spicy than the spruce. Strong, balsamic, resinous odor with fresh turpentine notes.

Aromatherapy properties: Refreshing, invigorating, stimulating. Strengthening, Very popular in an Aromatherapy bath to revive tired muscles.

Blends well with: Cedarwood, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Cajeput/Niaouli, Lavender, Juniper, Lemon, Sage and others.

History: Evergreen Essential oil has a long history of use in the sauna, steam bath, and as an additive to baths and massage products targeting sore muscles and strengthening the system. Nicely energizing.

How to use it: - Add a few drops to a diffuser. This is great to wake up and feel energized.

- Frequently used in room sprays, detergents, cough and cold preparations.

To make your own room spray, combine 2 oz. of distilled water with about 10 drops of Essential Oil in one of AromaLand’s freshpack misters. Shake a few times before using.

- Adding just 6 drops to a warm bath brings welcome stimulation to sore, stiff and overworked muscles. Blend the Essential Oil with some Half & Half, honey, vinegar or Coconut Emulsifier before adding it to the water, so that the droplets will dissolve in the water and not float concentrated at the surface.
