-Let me just say that i have tried MANY of MANY types & brands of supplements, herbs, & even products of "contraversy" & this is the first "herbal/all natural" product that does EXACTLY what it states it does!!! This herb is NO JOKE as it sure does have an anabolic like effect & when i added it to my daily intake, the results started to come after a few weeks & then became more & more noticable as time went by!! -Its important to take it on a scheduled time-line, say somethin like 2-3 caps in the mornin,, 2-3 caps mid day, & maybe 1 or 2 in the evening. Start with lower doses then move up a bit but just be carefull of ur sleeping schedule as it goes give u energy. -I now stack there Suma Root with there Bee Pollen caps, Chlorella powder, & Spirulina powder, for my daily intake & are used as a good source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidents, etc, etc!!! I feel better then ever & ive even stopped taking some of the statin drugs that were prescribed to me such as an anti-depressant & a day-time stimulant!! Maca root & there other superfoods are also a good choice & work very well!! -Once again this is a very GOOD product & ive found that ALL of Shamans Garden's capsules work just as stated & ive even introduced the site & its herbal products to some friends & family who have ALL said the same!! Simply put, this Suma Root is awesome!!!!
