These capsules are exactly what I needed! They are an easy way to get your daily dose of Ginko. They really help to focus me and seem to make my brain move more quickly and easily, without the jittery feeling that I get from coffee and other products containing caffeine. Along with a cup of black tea, these Ginko capsules are the perfect start to my work day!
