FedEx Left My Package! - Now What?
|Article Number: 11 | Rating: Unrated|
If you have a signature release on file with FedEx, that is the only way they can leave a package without your signature. A signature release is basically a "permission slip" that FedEx has on file, which states that you, the customer, gave them permission to leave packages without requiring a signature. It's best to find this out BEFORE choosing FedEx, to be sure that you have the exact shipping options you're expecting with them.
If you feel as though they are in error, you need to contact FedEx with your Tracking Number and file a claim with them for leaving the package without your permission. They are actually very good about processing refunds in a timely manner, but they are strict about the signature release if it's on file.
We apologize if we can't be any more help than this, but we only have control of the packages up to a certain point, and have no control over signature releases that a customer may have on file with a company like FedEx. We offer our exclusive 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, but unfortunately, it does not cover things like packages left, with the customers permission, but subsequently get lost, stolen, or misplaced.
Please keep us posted; your feedback helps us help you better.
